Ross Pantano
Executive Vice President
Following six years with a national CPA firm, Ross has spent most of his life as an entrepreneur. He had founded, developed and grew two successful companies before selling them and moving into the automotive industry. Having held positions on the sales floor, as well as F&I Director and Operations Manager position, he is well versed in his career choice and displays his knowledge to our team and partners everyday. Ross' purpose is to assure that we all row in the same direction, in unison, for the betterment of our dealers. He thrives on challenges, team building and putting business deals together. His favorite quotes are "That is no hill for a stepper" and "If it was easy, everyone would be doing it", which is a perfect summary of how he lives his life. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing and hand carving wooden canes and walking sticks.
Dustin Brown
Vice President
Midwest Region
With a formal eduation in Accounting from Iowa State University, Dustin brings a strong financial point of view to help his clients grow in their success. He spent time working in the Management department of two Fortune 500 companies before switching to the automotive industry several years ago. Dustin is driven by "honesty, efficiency and consistency" and prides himself on working for a company that holds those same ideals. The support he receives from his teammates at VMG allows him to reflect that onto his clients so they feel like family. He wants to be the one to help his clients fix the negative stigma of car sales people and show customers that they are truly amazing human beings. Aside from doing what he loves for work, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Gina and their son and two daughters. Their favorite family time is visiting the cabin, boating, fishing and creating memories.
Dan Peck
National Sales Director
With over 30 years of experience in the automotive and powersports industries, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge in this field to better help our clients realize their objectives. As part of Vision Management Group’s team, Dan enjoys identifying opportunities, improving processes, and assisting each individual to develop their strengths. Transparency, passion, and consistency drive Dan to consistently improve the experiences of our clients. When he is not working to surpass the goals at dealerships, he enjoys spending time with his son, exploring the Northwoods of Wisconsin, and supporting his church and local community.
John Burgener
Fixed Operations Director
John Burgener’s passion for cars and motorsports has shaped his 27-year career in the automotive industry. After studying Electrical Engineering at ITT Technical Institute, he held leadership roles including, but not limited to, Store Management at Goodyear, and Fixed Operations Director at multiple dealerships. He drove operational improvements and customer satisfaction in each of his positions.
For John, the automotive world , and more specifically, fixed operations, is more than a job—it’s a lifestyle. His experience in drag racing, restoring classic cars, and attending car shows fuels his hands-on approach. He lives by the Confucius quote, “A man who has committed a mistake and doesn’t correct it, is committing another mistake,” using challenges as growth opportunities for himself and his team.
John joined Vision for its strong foundation and people-first culture. He’s passionate about mentoring others, helping them reach their potential, and sharing in their success. Outside of work, John enjoys time with his wife and three daughters and stays active in the automotive scene through racing and car shows.
Amy Rueter
National RV Director
Amy brings to Vision Management Group 29 years of experience in the RV industry holding roles of Office Manager, Business Manager, Controller, and General Manager. Amy's favorite quote is "When you can't change the direction of the wind, change your sails."

In her spare time, Amy enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her kids and grandkids, baking, and working in her flower beds.
Kim Gregory

Originally from Lake Havasu City, AZ, Kim Gregory attended Barry University in Miami Shores, FL, where she was a two-sport athlete in volleyball and softball and studied Elementary Education. Although she initially planned to teach and coach high school athletics, she found her true calling in the RV industry.
With 16 years of experience, Kim began her career at Coach-Net, advancing from an executive assistant to Vice President of Sales. She then moved to Campers Inn RV as the Customer Experience Strategy Manager. Before entering the RV industry, Kim worked as a Real Estate Agent in California.
Kim’s introduction to the RV industry came after selling a home to the Vice President of Coach-Net, who recognized her professionalism and persistence. This pivotal moment allowed her to blend her passion for creating lasting memories with her career. Kim is deeply committed to teamwork and accountability, which drew her to Vision for its supportive culture and emphasis on lifelong learning. She takes pride in helping others reach their full potential and aligning her goals with theirs.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys watching her kids’ activities, supporting her husband as a football coach in Texas, and coaching her daughter’s club volleyball team. She also loves embarking on RV adventures with her family

Julie is the definition of a team player and will do whatever it takes to help her fellow colleagues and clients. Her two favorite quotes are, "Pay it forward" and "Givers Gain", showing that positive attitude that helping people is the best way to feel good and live your life. Before joining the VMG team, Julie worked as a Finance Director for 25 years and a Business Manager for Wisconsin's largest auto group. At VMG she has really found her auto family and feels her values have been perfectly aligned. When she is not training with dealerships, she is busy training with her Triathlon Team.

As a valued member of our team, hailing from Prior Lake, MN, Makayla graduated from the University of Saint Thomas with a major in Biochemistry. Though new to the automotive industry, and F&I, her undergraduate experience in labs and lectures ignited a passion for learning and problem-solving. Makayla's commitment to kindness, honesty, and creating a supportive environment allows her to assist others in the industry effectively. Outside of work, Makayla enjoys lifting weights, spending time with her nine animals, and pursuing artistic endeavors. With her unique background, strong work ethic, and dedication to making a positive impact, Makayla contributes to our organization's success in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Growing up in the northeastern part of Jersey, Sasha brings the Florida office 23 years of automotive experience. She grew up as a car enthusiast and loves working with her hands building/constructing things. She joins our team wanting to take on the next challenge in the automotive industry. Sasha is great at problem solving and finds it important in life to always be on her toes and ready for anything that life is going to throw her way. Her favorite quote mirrors this perfectly "Expect the unexpected.". In life, unexpected situations arise even when you think you have everything under control. Be prepared to face it, resolve it, and go! Ready, set, go! Vroom! Outside of work Sasha loves spending her time making memories with her family and always hustling and finding something new to do.
Sabina Dervisevic joined Vision Management Group in December 2017 after thirteen years in the Automotive Industry in various roles ranging from Sales to Finance Management. Sabina was born and raised in Bosnia and Herzegovina and lived and pursued education in Berlin Germany. She has achieved continued success in the Automotive Industry, winning the Silver Award of Excellence in Finance Department in 2009 and was one of the top 40 sales associates nationwide during her tenure with the Nissan of North America. When she is not helping dealers achieve maximum sales goals, she enjoys traveling, reading, entertaining friends and spending time with her husband and daughter in the Metro Atlanta area.

Taylor Osis
CFO
As our pillar behind the scenes, Taylor manages Vision Management's financials and Florida office. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and is a Florida Notary, holding previous years of experience working in accounting and office management at a local golf course. With her strong intellect and great attention to detail, she takes care of our team, so that they can take care of our partners. Taylor currently oversees all day to day operations within the office and prides herself on having integrity, loyalty and selflessness. Her favorite quote is "The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall!", which is a perfect depiction of her "can do" attitude! Born and raised in a small town in Minnesota, she enjoys spending as much time as she can outside, playing basketball, walking her dog, Marly, and spending time with her son, two step-daughters, husband, and friends.

Originally from Voronezh, Russia—a city known for its rich culture, education, natural beauty, and industrial economy—Iya Klein has spent a significant portion of her life in the USA, blending these two cultures to shape her unique perspective. She graduated from Voronezh State University with a Juris Doctor specializing in International Law and a degree as an Interpreter-Translator in professional communications. Iya is also a Certified Psychological Stager, decorator, color expert, and a Notary Public in Florida.
With experience as a business owner in the construction and luxury jewelry industries, Iya understands the critical role of strong leadership in driving a company's success. Her decision to enter this industry was fueled by the opportunity to work in a thriving environment under a successful leader, where she could continue to grow professionally. While seemingly contradictory, these principles guide her to approach new ventures with both caution and courage. Kenidy Howard

Born in Lubbock, Texas, in 2000 and later relocating to Dallas in 2007 Kenidy embarked on a journey marked by resilience and achievement. A division 1 volleyball player at the University of Texas at El Paso, where she earned a bachelor's in Multidisciplinary Studies. Recently completing an MBA in Marketing at Lynn University, she concluded a stellar collegiate volleyball career. A stint with Caliber Auto Care's marketing team in Lewisville refined her skills and ignited a passion for creative content. Grounded in the mantra "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13), she brings unwavering determination and faith to every endeavor. Recognizing alignment with Vison Management's core values, Kenidy is driven by a commitment to hard work, customer- centricity, and pouring into those around her. In her leisure, she savors cooking, quality time with loved ones, and indulging in volleyball- both on and off the court.

Matthew brings to the table his ability to build relationships and maintain a strong personal connection with his clients. With about 15 years in sales, he enjoys being part of Vision Management's family because of the difference they are making with their partners. "Don't ever permit the pressure to exceed the pleasure" is something Matthew lives by because you should always enjoy what you do. He wants to show his partners that they can be better than they currently are and enjoy doing it along the way. Hard work, honesty and perseverance are what drives Matthew's work ethic. Ryan Outon, a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, brings over 11 years of experience in the RV and automotive industries. He began his career in sales and quickly advanced into leadership roles, including Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Regional Finance Director at Camping World, where he played a pivotal role in technology implementations, CRM integrations, and program startups.
After exiting the auto industry and relocating to Phoenix, Outon explored new opportunities and ultimately transitioned into the RV Industry, where he found a welcoming and supportive community. His favorite quote, “During the gold rush it’s a good time to be in the pick and shovel business,” by Mark Twain, perfectly captures his approach to tackling challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
Attracted to Vision for its cultural fit and collaborative environment, Ryan looks forward to bringing that same experience to dealers. He believes in the importance of authenticity and listening to the needs of those he helps in the industry.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing and writing music, cheering for college football, and spending time with friends and family.
