Ross Pantano
Executive Vice President

Following six years with a national CPA firm, Ross has spent most of his life as an entrepreneur. He had founded, developed and grew two successful companies before selling them and moving into the automotive industry. Having held positions on the sales floor, as well as F&I Director and Operations Manager position, he is well versed in his career choice and displays his knowledge to our team and partners everyday. Ross' purpose is to assure that we all row in the same direction, in unison, for the betterment of our dealers. He thrives on challenges, team building and putting business deals together. His favorite quotes are "That is no hill for a stepper" and "If it was easy, everyone would be doing it", which is a perfect summary of how he lives his life. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing and hand carving wooden canes and walking sticks.

Julie Barton

"Integrity, Ambitious and Driven"

Julie is the definition of a team player and will do whatever it takes to help her fellow colleagues and clients. Her two favorite quotes are, "Pay it forward" and "Givers Gain", showing that positive attitude that helping people is the best way to feel good and live your life. Before joining the VMG team, Julie worked as a Finance Director for 25 years and a Business Manager for Wisconsin's largest auto group. At VMG she has really found her auto family and feels her values have been perfectly aligned. When she is not training with dealerships, she is busy training with her Triathlon Team.

Timothy Roy

 Tim comes to us as a former dealership General Manager and brings over 11 years of sales leadership and dealer operations expertise to the table. Here at Vision, he enjoys helping dealer/partners improve their bottom line by bringing a laser focus to their goals and ensuring lasting accountability. He really appreciates the team atmosphere and the culture at Vision that if every member of the team is not working towards the same end, we will not realize our goals. “When you work with us, you don’t just get one member’s experience and expertise, but you truly get the sum of our knowledge, skills and backgrounds.” Tim tries to live by the values of always learning and improving and always taking the time do stop and do the right thing, and tries to show this in his work every day. Tim’s favorite quote is “even if you are on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there”. When he isn’t working, Tim spends all of the time that he can with his son, daughter (3 and 1 years old) and beautiful wife. Right now they enjoy playing with cars and trains and reading all kinds of books

Dustin Brown
Vice President
Midwest Region

With a formal eduation in Accounting from Iowa State University, Dustin brings a strong financial point of view to help his clients grow in their success. He spent time working in the Management department of two Fortune 500 companies before switching to the automotive industry several years ago. Dustin is driven by "honesty, efficiency and consistency" and prides himself on working for a company that holds those same ideals. The support he receives from his teammates at VMG allows him to reflect that onto his clients so they feel like family. He wants to be the one to help his clients fix the negative stigma of car sales people and show customers that they are truly amazing human beings. Aside from doing what he loves for work, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Gina and their son and two daughters. Their favorite family time is visiting the cabin, boating, fishing and creating memories.

Dan Peck
National Sales Director

With over 30 years of experience in the automotive and powersports industries, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge in this field to better help our clients realize their objectives.  As part of Vision Management Group’s team, Dan enjoys identifying opportunities, improving processes, and assisting each individual to develop their strengths.   Transparency, passion, and consistency drive Dan to consistently improve the experiences of our clients. When he is not working to surpass the goals at dealerships, he enjoys spending time with his son, exploring the Northwoods of Wisconsin, and supporting his church and local community. 

In the Office

Taylor Osis
Financial Controller

As our pillar behind the scenes, Taylor manages Vision Management's financials and Florida office. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and is a Florida Notary, holding previous years of experience working in accounting and office management at a local golf course. With her strong intellect and great attention to detail, she takes care of our team, so that they can take care of our partners. Taylor currently oversees all day to day operations within the office and prides herself on having integrity, loyalty and selflessness. Her favorite quote is "The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall!", which is a perfect depiction of her "can do" attitude! Born and raised in a small town in Minnesota, she enjoys spending as much time as she can outside, playing basketball, walking her dog, Marly, and spending time with her children, husband, and friends.

Brooke Tremmel
Assistant Controller
& Marketing Coordinator

Originally raised in upstate New York, Brooke has always found it important to be true to her roots and family values. It wasn't until finding a position with Vision Management that she found that piece she had been missing since leaving home. She loves how much everyone treats each other with such sincerity, positivity and kindness, just like a true family. She brings with her strong attention to detail and knowledge of the automotive industry, as a previous accounts payable employee of one of the country's top administrators. Brooke finds it important in life to be ambitious, honest and open-minded and living by her favorite quote, "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step."  She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in finance at Florida Atlantic University and loves spending her time making memories with her two sons, husband, and their dog. 

In the Field

Matthew brings to the table his ability to build relationships and maintain a strong personal connection with his clients. With about 15 years in sales, he enjoys being part of Vision Management's family because of the difference they are making with their partners. "Don't ever permit the pressure to exceed the pleasure" is something Matthew lives by because you should always enjoy what you do. He wants to show his partners that they can be better than they currently are and enjoy doing it along the way. Hard work, honesty and perseverance are what drives Matthew's work ethic. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and watching baseball. 

“Always stand on principle…even if you stand alone”. Connor has always felt it important to be true to himself and that means honesty and integrity hold a very important place in his life. Finding a place at Vision has helped him accomplish this in life, as well as in his work. He admires the culture of this company and the “family-like atmosphere”. Connor brings with him 10 years in the automotive industry, with the past four years, specifically, in F&I. With Vision he helps manage current accounts in helping them achieve their goals, as well as prospecting to find new dealers to join the family. Helping dealers with their bottom line, instilling processes, and holding F&I departments accountable are just a few things he would like to help our partners accomplish. Outside of work, Connor enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also trains Jiu Jitsu and enjoys the challenges that are presented with it.

As an NADA Academy Graduate with experience of 30 plus years in the automotive industry, Lenny brings knowledge, skill and perspective to our team. Most recently he has held a position as a General Manager at a large local dealer group, allowing him the understanding of the challenges that Dealer Principles and Managers face in the day to day operation of a store. By honesty, curiosity and determination Lenny focuses on what is best for the dealer and functionality of the store to better help customers. In today’s world, there is a lot of information coming at dealers, some valuable and some not so much. Lenny sees opportunity here and wants to cut through the clutter to provide unparalleled service with a high degree of knowledge in dealership operations. A quote he has always lived by is from the famous Henry Ford, “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right”. Outside of work, Lenny enjoys spending his time with his wife and two teenage boys who are active in competitive travel baseball.

“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are,” is Kashif’s favorite quote, which he tries to live by every time he hits the field. He loves to help others find better solutions to their problems and working for a company like Vision allows him to do that. With a business development background and 7 years’ experience in the automotive industry, Kashif has sold over 1200 highline luxury vehicles during his tenure. To always provide good customer service is something Kashif would like to help change within the automotive industry. Born and raised in South Florida, right after high school he entered the business world to learn everything. Values that drive Kashif are integrity, honesty and hard work, and he continues to use them in every aspect of his days. Outside of his career, he enjoys spending time with his family and learning and developing new skills.

Sabina Dervisevic joined Vision Management Group in December 2017 after thirteen years in the Automotive Industry in various roles ranging from Sales to Finance Management. Sabina was born and raised in Bosnia and Herzegovina and lived and pursued education in Berlin Germany. She has achieved continued success in the Automotive Industry, winning the Silver Award of Excellence in Finance Department in 2009 and was one of the top 40 sales associates nationwide during her tenure with the Nissan of North America. When she is not helping dealers achieve maximum sales goals, she enjoys traveling, reading, entertaining friends and spending time with her husband and daughter in the Metro Atlanta area.
