Beatty is a respected communications expert and strategist, specializing
in the crafting of dynamic sponsorship programs. She recently founded
Vision Marketing Group, Inc. to help lead the development of integrated
marketing programs. Ms. Beatty brings an energy to each collaboration
that is uniquely fascinating, well-honed and technically creative.

Earlier in her career, Colleen supervised and directed media planning
and advertising time buying for a decade; at two of the world’s
largest advertising agencies, McCann-Erickson Worldwide and Doyle
Dane Bernbach. Colleen has strategic planning experience in a broad
base of industries. Her work experience is enourmous. She has worked
amongst a large array of marketing disciplines within many world-wide,
national and regional name brand companies. Those companies were
within a vast list of industry sectors; manufacturing, retail, travel,
finance, entertainment and the technology. These campaigns are classified
as being successful, creative and cost-effective for clients.
In
1998, Ms. Bickham became Vice President and Director of Marketing
for the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC)
and the World Trade Center Association. During her five year tenure
she developed their promotional activities through advertising,
publicity and event programs that were instrumental in presenting
an enhanced image and understanding of the LAEDC/WTCA’s programs
and services. She has worked with hundreds of public and private-sector
organizations, State, County and City governmental agencies, utlities,
transportation companies and educational foundations.
While
at the LAEDC, Colleen instituted the Media Alliance for a Strong
Economy which supported an unprecedented group of co-op partners,
and included major corporate and media companies all focused around

She also created the model for a Business Visitor Network aimed
at attracting, informing and connecting the business traveler to
the vast industry resources located throughout Los Angeles County.
